1. Your window openings are accurately measured.
A good quality installation is just as important as a quality window. It starts with an accurate measurement and ordering the properly sized replacement window to allow for a good fit with enough tolerance to plumb and square the new window in place.
2. Your new windows are custom manufactured.
After your window consultant inspects and measures your openings, your new windows are custom manufactured for a precise fit. Before leaving our state of the art manufacturing facility your new windows are inspected to ensure your complete satisfaction. All units leave the plant with an NFRC label attached so that you can verify the performance of you new windows.
3. Your new windows are installed.
Yes, the LowE coating works to save you money and keep you comfortable in both heating and cooling seasons. In the winter radiant heat produced by your heating system is reflected back into your home. In the summer radiant heat from the sun is reflected so that the load on your cooling system is greatly reduced. Unlike dark tinted glass, LowE glass allows almost all visible light to pass through.
4. Custom exterior cappings are installed. (optional)
If you choose this popular option you will never have to paint the exterior casings around your new maintenance-free windows. Our installer will custom cut and fit aluminum capping material with a maintenance-free finish. The capping also acts as a flashing to protect the opening from water penetration. Also we may leave your interior moldings undisturbed with this option. The capping material is available in a variety of colors.
5. Final adjustments & inspection
Your new windows are inspected and any necessary adjustments are made for proper operation. All old windows and debris from the job are removed. All work areas are thoroughly cleaned up. You are then presented with a customer satisfaction survey to assure that we have met all of your contract specifications.
